Viewing option in a list of stocks l

After viewing a stock from the Portfolio or Watchlist, when we go back to the list, the list again starts from the first point (eg. from alphabet A stocks).
This is quite annoying.
Previous versions werent like this.
Similarly, while reading messages posted and going back to the list of messages, it goes to the recent message and not to the point where I read the message.
Can this be fixed ???????????????????
